Misterton Mallard bowlers and friends enjoyed their presentation night award ceremony at the Ferry House, East Stockwith on 8th December.
Dave Seymour, Tom Allen, Freda Allsopp, Pat Harriman, Danny Ferry and Pete Collins were all trophy winners in the club’s various competitions.
Club treasurer Dave Seymour awarded the trophies and club competition organiser Tom Allen presented Freda Allsopp, the Ladies Champion for the third time, and Danny Ferry, Club Champion, special congratulatory cards from the England Cricket captain Ben Stokes.
Ben, like most cricketers, doesn’t like ducks but he certainly seems to have a favourable opinion of the Misterton Mallards Bowls club!
