To get into the festive spirit, the meeting of Beckingham and District Gardeners’ Club on Monday 15th December will feature a workshop with Sheila Clark, who will be guiding everyone through How to Make a Floral Christmas Decoration. This enjoyable session is suitable for everyone, from beginners to experts in floral art.
This meeting will be held in Walkeringham Village Hall at 7.30pm. Visitors are very welcome, and the charge is £4.00, which includes festive refreshments. Visitors planning to attend are asked to get in touch beforehand to receive a list of materials to bring. Anyone who is not a member of the club but is interested in attending any of the talks is very welcome. The club charges £4.00 for visitors, or an annual subscription of £15.00 per member or £20.00 per family, which includes refreshments. Meetings are usually held in Beckingham Recreation Room and start at 7.30pm.
If you are interested in gardening, the environment, or related subjects, why not go along? It is a small and friendly club, and visitors or new members will be made very welcome.
