Beckingham and District Gardeners’ Club members are preparing for the growing season ahead and are starting to plan the speakers for their new program, which starts in April.
The meeting on Monday, 15th April will be the Club’s Annual General Meeting. This will be followed by a talk from Paul Drage titled ‘Interesting Intruders’. Paul is a very amusing speaker, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with unwelcome pests.
Anyone who is not a member of the club, but is interested in listening to any of the speakers, is welcome to go along to any meeting. The club charges £4.00 for visitors, which includes refreshments. The meetings are held in Beckingham Recreation Room and start at 7.30pm.
