Austen Addicts is a welcoming Retford group open to all who enjoy the books and films of Jane Austen. Monthly meetings are usually held on the fourth Thursday at 7.00pm in Sutton Village Hall, though dates and venues may vary as shown in the programme below.
- Wednesday 26th June: Sutton Village Hall, 7.00pm – Persuasion: a talk and discussion with film clips.
- Saturday 12th July: Coffee Morning with Austen Addicts at The Grove Methodist Church and Centre, Retford, from 10.00am to 12.00pm.
- Thursday 24th July: Sutton Village Hall, 7.00pm – Jane Austen Games Night.
- Thursday 25th September: Sutton Village Hall, 7.00pm – Regency Food Festival.
- Thursday 24th October: Sutton Village Hall, 7.00pm – Halloween Gothic: Northanger Abbey.
