It may feel early to be thinking about Christmas, but the Gainsborough Christmas Day Lunch Committee is delighted to announce a fundraising evening hosted by the Blues Club Charity Entertainment Team.
All proceeds, after expenses, will go towards supporting the Gainsborough Christmas Day Lunch.
The charity event takes place on Saturday 23rd August, from 7.30pm to 8.00pm, at the Blues Club, DN21 2HU. The evening will feature live performances from solo artists Mark and Michael Gregory, along with music from Ady’s Disco.

The Gainsborough Christmas Day Lunch is a long-standing tradition now in its 49th year. It offers a warm invitation to anyone who would otherwise be spending Christmas Day alone, providing them with a festive lunch, entertainment, and a visit from Santa with gifts. The event transforms what could be a lonely day into a joyful, shared celebration.
Entirely volunteer-run, the Christmas Day Lunch is made possible by the generosity of local businesses and community members who support it each year.
