Gainsborough Men’s Shed marked its second anniversary in May, and the celebration continues as they welcome new members and introduce exciting projects!
Open to men and women aged 18+, the Shed is a welcoming space to make new friends, learn new skills, and enjoy great company—plus, there’s always a cuppa and biscuits waiting.
Opening hours
- Monday: 10.00am to 1.00pm
- Tuesday: 10.00am to 3.00pm
- Wednesday: 10.00am to 3.00pm
- Thursday: 10.00am to 4.00pm
- Friday: 10.00am to 1.00pm
Their summer programme is packed with hands-on activities, including crafting, model-making, woodworking, bicycle repairs, gardening, and wellbeing walks. Love music? Join an electric or acoustic guitar jam! Enjoy crafting? Try your hand at a creative session. Whether you’re here to create, chat, or simply relax in good company, the Shed has something for everyone.

- Tuesday: Crafting from 10.00am to 12.00pm; Electric Guitar Jam from 1.00pm to 3.00pm
- Wednesday: Acoustic Guitar Jam from 10.00am to 12.00pm; Art and Craft from 12.30pm to 3.00pm
- Thursday: Diamond Art and Crafting from 12.30pm to 4.00pm
- Friday: Wellbeing Walk from 10.30am
New outdoor project – The Allotment
Starting in June 2025, members can get involved in our allotment project, helping to set up raised beds, put in paths, plant, and grow produce. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy fresh air, learn new skills, and contribute to a thriving community garden.
Membership details
Membership is £20.00 and is valid until 31st March 2026. All activities are included, so you can enjoy everything The Shed offers without additional cost.
