A coffee morning was recently held at Morton Village Hall in support of the charity St Barnabas, organised by the caretaker, Tracey Wood, in gratitude for the care provided to her mother and family during her mother’s final days.
As always, a delightful array of cakes was on offer, and the event was thoroughly enjoyed by a hall full of attendees who generously contributed to raising the impressive sum of £865 for St Barnabas.
Grateful thanks go to the volunteers on the day, the talented cake makers, and all who attended to make the event such a success – helping St Barnabas continue its vital work supporting those in need.
