Lynne Hanson with Blair Michael Hogan
Two-time Canadian Folk Music Award winner Lynne Hanson makes a welcome return to Town Hall Live. Her deep, bluesy croon has earned her the nickname Canada’s own Queen of Americana, and she is renowned for her high-energy, roots-driven live performances.
Lynne is an exceptional singer with a voice rich in experience. She can rock out with the best of them, yet on quieter songs of heartache and vulnerability, she conveys a depth of wisdom and emotion. She has an uncanny ability to connect with audiences through her authenticity, engaging storytelling, and spontaneous humour.
Last summer, she released her tenth album, Just A Poet, a beautifully crafted collection of lyrically rich songs that flow seamlessly from start to finish. For this THL performance, she will once again be accompanied by lead guitarist Blair Michael Hogan.
Tickets for both concerts are priced at £16.00 and can be purchased from Brian on 01652 649230 or brianchudley@btinternet.com, from Morrisons Daily (Kirton), or online at www.wegottickets.com.
