As the twinkling lights of Edwinstowe shine brighter and the scent of pine and cinnamon fills the air, The Sherwood Forest Arts and Craft Centre is delighted to welcome back a much-loved festive tradition that captures the true spirit of Christmas.
On Saturday 20th December, from 11.00am to 12.00pm, the beautiful voices of The Dukeries Singers will once again fill the courtyard with the sound of Christmas carols. Their joyful harmonies and nostalgic melodies promise to wrap every visitor in a warm festive glow, just days before Christmas.
There is something truly magical about live carol singing – especially when performed with the grace, humour and musical skill that The Dukeries Singers are known for. Whether you are browsing for last-minute gifts, enjoying a mince pie, or simply soaking in the seasonal atmosphere, their performance will provide the perfect soundtrack to your morning.
Expect a mix of traditional favourites, a few surprises and plenty of festive cheer. The event will celebrate community, joy and togetherness – reminding everyone of the happiness that music and shared moments can bring.
So gather your loved ones, wrap up warm, and join them for this special celebration. Let the music lift your spirits and carry you into Christmas with hope, peace and song.
Merry Christmas from everyone at The Sherwood Forest Arts and Craft Centre!
