April is a busy month for the Bassetlaw branch of Parkinson’s UK.
The monthly meeting is Tuesday 4th April, when they welcome members of Dr Bandman’s neurological team to talk about Parkinson’s disease and treatments.
Tuesday 11th April is World Parkinson’s Day and Branch members will hold an awareness display at Worksop Library from 10.00am. Pop along for a chat and to discover more about the condition and the local support available.
Tuesday 18th April sees members enjoying the popular ‘Tea and Cakes’ at the Aurora Centre at 2.30pm. The group will chat about their experiences with Parkinson’s disease and swap ideas and tips.
