Ollerton WI held their 100th birthday party in October and it was a night to remember. Johnny Victory entertained and the ladies did the group proud with their 1920s costumes. We do hope the community have been able to see WI’s 100th anniversary bench on Wellow Road. It was unveiled by Nottinghamshire president Helen Rose and the Mayor of Ollerton cut the ribbon.
Despite the difficulties presented by recent restrictions, the WI have been committed to keeping members involved and getting them back together again. All the committee and the WI ladies would like to wish Ollerton and the surrounding villages a wonderful Christmas. They will be celebrating the festive season with their members at their Christmas party.
