Get involved in a variety of free or low cost activities open to all adults and running at venues including the New York Stadium, Brentwood Hotel, Rotherham Indoor Football Centre, Parkgate Astro and Rotherham Leisure Complex. No booking is required for these sessions, however they do advise you contact them to check details before attending for the first time.

Menopause support fitness and chat
RUCT’s menopause support project provides a space for those experiencing the effects of the menopause or peri menopause to come together. Tailored exercise and information sessions allow women to manage their symptoms in a supportive environment.

Moving Rotherham – More than football
The Active Through Football programme is working in Eastwood and Maltby to get anyone over the age of 16 active through the power of sport. Current activities are:
