Alongside the main race, the popular Family Fun Run will also return, offering the perfect opportunity for all ages to get involved. Starting shortly after the half marathon, the fun run is a relaxed, friendly event around the Retford Oaks site, ideal for children, families, and anyone who just wants to be part of the big day atmosphere. Every finisher receives a medal, and it’s always one of the most heartwarming highlights of the morning. The event village will once again feature food and drink stalls, local businesses, and community groups, making it a fantastic day out even for those not running.
