As part of the nomination process, people were asked to share why they were nominating their favourite shop. When asked what makes the Mansfield Woodhouse shop so special, LNAA supporters said: “The feeling of excitement you feel just walking through the door. Knowing the welcome you will get and that you will always find something you want at a great price.”
“The staff are always smiling, friendly and welcoming. They do their absolute best to help with any enquiries. Myself and my family have had some great bargains. It’s such a friendly shop.”

Mansfield Woodhouse Store Manager Jennie Cooper said: “It’s amazing! We are really proud of what we do, it’s hard work but it makes it all worthwhile knowing we help to save lives. “We just make the shop as friendly a place as possible. People just come in for a chat and I know we make a difference to people if they are lonely or feeling a bit down. Every day people tell us how friendly it is and how nice the shop looks.” You can visit the Mansfield Woodhouse shop at 41 Station Road, NG19 8AD, where the friendly team is always ready to welcome you with a smile and help you discover some fantastic bargains.
