The Dukeries Community Workshop has completed many community projects in Ollerton over the years. The team of volunteers has made a ramp for the Bowls Club, Christmas trees for the town hall display, a Santa sleigh for Neil’s fundraising on Forest Road, a peep board for The Butterfly Trust, a notice board for St Paulinus Church, and many other projects. Those needing help with a community project are encouraged to contact the workshop to see if assistance can be provided.
The Dukeries Community Centre is a charitable organisation, established in 1988, offering a range of craft workshops. It also offers regular drop-in workshop sessions where individuals can complete their own projects with tools, machinery, and guidance on hand.
