The Inner Wheel Club of Warsop had a crafty evening in February. The ladies joined together to create some wonderful sewn and knitted creations, from decorated aprons and t-shirts to bunting and Easter chicks.
At their March meeting they had a very informative talk from Nottinghamshire Police Chief Constable Kate Meynell. A true role model for women of all ages.
The ladies are now planning a charity fundraiser – the ‘50 and Fabulous Ball’. This event on 19th May at 7.00pm is open to anyone and is to raise money for Prostate Cancer. It will take place at Hostess Restaurant, Sookholme and will include a two-course meal and live band. Tickets cost £35.00.
