The Worksop Society of Artists will be hosting a demonstration at the Cricket Club Worksop on Monday 19th May from 2.00pm to 4.00pm. The artist for the demonstration will be Lynn Norris, and her subject is Flowers. The demonstration is open to anyone to attend, with a fee of £4.00 on the door, and refreshments will be available at the interval.
The society meets every Monday from 10.00am to 3.00pm. Anyone wishing to join the society is welcome to come along, have a look around, and chat with members – you’ll be made very welcome. You can drop in at any time during the session.
The society has a varied programme during the year, with demonstrations by professional artists, in-house workshops by members of the society, workshops by professional artists during the winter months, and a summer exhibition in August.
