Worksop Society of Artists will host a demonstration at Worksop Cricket Club on Monday 18th November from 2.00pm to 4.00pm. The artist for the demonstration will be Matthew Palmer, whose subject is Animals in Watercolour. The demonstration is open to anyone, with a fee of £4.00 payable at the door. Refreshments will be available during the interval.
Anyone interested in joining the society is welcome to attend at any time during the session. The society is open every Monday from 10.00am to 3.00pm, allowing visitors to look around and chat with members. The first session is free, and members come from various abilities.
From time to time, the society hosts its own in-house workshops, and most months, a professional artist demonstrates different materials and subjects. Newcomers will be warmly welcomed.
