If you are retired or approaching retirement and wondering how to make the most of your time, Worksop and District u3a offers a welcoming and friendly community. Anyone interested in finding out more is invited to attend the Open Afternoon on Thursday 19th March at Carlton Civic Centre, off Long Lane, Carlton-in-Lindrick. This is an opportunity to meet members, chat with group leaders and learn about the wide range of activities available – from sport and music to travel, crafts and languages.
As well as welcoming new members, the u3a is always keen to hear from people who would like to share their skills and interests with others. Residents are welcome to drop in at any time between 1.30pm and 3.30pm.
