The Creswell branch of the Royal British Legion is having a memory walk and commemoration service on the 3rd August. They will meet at Creswell Crags car park at 10.00am, with the walk commencing at 10.45am. A commemoration service will also then be held at 12.30pm.

The walk and the service are taking place to remember the Canadian bomber crew that were killed, when their Wellington crashed near to the Creswell Crags on 5th August 1944.

Sponsorship forms are available for children from creswell.secretary@rbl.community and there will be a small presentation at the end. All the children that complete the walk will receive a medal.
