The North Notts Local Group of Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust’s December meeting will, as usual, be a quiz and social evening rather than a talk. Some committee members are still busy working on quizzes to test members’ wildlife knowledge and, if you’ve been to a quiz night before, you’ll know that they can be fiendishly difficult!
A Christmas buffet will be provided during the evening by committee members and there will be the usual raffle with some Christmassy prizes.
Numbers will be limited and it’s a ticket-only event, so if you haven’t already bought yours, there may be some left and you can ring or email Jan to find out. The event will be held at the Idle Valley centre, as usual, on Thursday 8th December from 7.00pm to 10.00pm. Tickets are £6.00.
If you don’t make it to Quiz night, the North Notts Local Group would like to wish all members, friends and supporters a very happy Christmas and a peaceful and wildlife-friendly New Year.
