Clarborough Village Ventures is hosting the Clarborough Village Fair on Sunday 10th May.
The fair supports local traders, provides an opportunity for local groups to put on shows and demonstrations, and brings the community together. It promises to be an enjoyable day out for all the family. The Village Ventures group has a small team and is looking for additional volunteers to help make the event possible. Support is needed both in the lead-up to the fair and on the day itself, including tasks such as marshalling and putting up gazebos. Without the support of volunteers the group may not be able to hold the fair, so anyone who can help in any way is encouraged to come forward.
There are also a number of indoor and outdoor pitches still available. Anyone interested in having a stall, or who would like to find out how they can help, should contact the organisers.
Entry to the fair, which runs from 10.00am to 4.00pm, is free. However, visitors will need to pay for food, stalls and activities, including the dog show, which charges per dog per class.
