The Bassetlaw branch of Parkinson’s UK continues to welcome new friends every month.
The next meeting on 2nd August welcomes Tony Brewer who will explain why the camera never lies.
The Carers Corner meets at The Aurora Centre for afternoon tea on 9th August. This party is a thank you to all Branch members who are carers.
The early autumn outing will visit North Yorkshire and Eden Camp on 20th September.
Tickets are also reserved for Saturday 5th November for an afternoon matinee at the Acorn Theatre to see Worksop Light Operatic Society’s performance of Nativity, The Musical.
The group has a busy calendar of events for members which demonstrates that there is a social life to be enjoyed despite some of the difficulties Parkinson’s disease can present.
