Wickersley Probus Club

You are invited to join the Wickersley Probus Club. The title Probus was derived from the words ‘professional’ and ‘business’. The basic purpose of Probus is to provide regular gatherings for persons who, in retirement, appreciate and value opportunities to meet others in similar circumstances and of similar levels of interest. Wickersley Probus Club was established in 1974.

Members meet in the Barn on Fridays at 2.00pm, with the meeting starting at 2.30pm. In a normal year, there are 26 meetings, and at most meetings there are speakers on a wide and varied range of topics. Members also have a lunch at Christmas and an excursion in summer, to which partners are invited.

If you are interested please contact the secretary David Bambury on 01709 365620 or chairman Richard Kay on 01709 548162.
