The Parish Room is now looking forward to your bookings pouring in for 2018. The well-equipped Grade II listed building is perfect for many occasions. In the new year there is a new venture for Laura Rowe, who will be teaching Spanish (a Kidslingo franchise) to young children. Laura started with a free taster session in December, but starts the classes properly on Tuesday 9th January with classes from 10.00am to 11.00am, 1.00pm to 2.00pm and 5.00pm to 6.30pm. Classes will be run during term time only. Please call Laura on 07803 318751 for further details.

Tickhill Film Society goes from strength to strength and has a full programme from January to September 2018, starting the year with Lion, an Australian drama starring Dev Patel, on Wednesday 17th January at 7.00pm. Details of membership and further information can be obtained by calling Andy Dobson on 07340 708404. 2017 ended with a Christmas black and white special with delicious mince pies and mulled wine.
