St Alban’s Church, Wickersley

The Interregnum continues, but services remain in place at St Alban’s Church, Wickersley throughout July. There will be three services on Sundays and a Thursday morning Communion at 10.00am.

On Sundays, Communion will be held on the first and third Sundays of the month, with an All Age Communion at 10.45am on the third Sunday (20th July). The 6.00pm evening services will include Communion on the second and fourth Sundays, with Evening Prayer or Choral Evensong on the first and third Sundays.

On Friday 4th July, there will be a fundraising event for the church’s new heating system. The evening will feature An Evening with Revd Neil Bowler (Rector of Bridlington Priory Church), entitled From Pit Top to Pulpit. Tickets are now available at £5.00 each. The event begins at 7.00pm in church.

Friday Coffee Mornings will run fortnightly through July and August on the first and third Fridays. These will take place in the Barn Church Hall from 10.00am to 12.00pm. All are welcome.
