The RSPCA Doncaster, Rotherham and District Branch is an autonomous charity, working tirelessly each day of the year to provide the best quality of life for vulnerable animals until they can be rehomed.
This means they are responsible for raising almost all the funds needed to continue operating –in the region of £2,000 per day. One method of raising funds is through events, and the Branch has lots of these planned throughout 2023. They would love to see you at some of them.
One of the most exhilarating events is a drag show! On Saturday 1st April, Ida Slapter’s infamous Cabaret Show is taking place with all proceeds from the night being donated to the Animal Centre.
Ida will be performing her most glamorous show yet at Bawtry Phoenix Theatre, DN10 6PT. Doors open at 7.30pm with the show expected to start at 9.00pm. Tickets are limited so, if you would like to attend, book early at www.rspcadoncasterrotherham.org.uk/Event/ics23.
To keep up to date with all the events planned for this year, keep an eye out on the Branch website: www.rspcadoncasterrotherham.org.uk/Listing/Category/fundraising-events.
