RSPCA Doncaster, Rotherham and District

The RSPCA Doncaster, Rotherham and District Branch (DRB) is your local self-funded animal charity, helping to rehabilitate and rehome animals into loving new homes. They take in around 1,100 animals each year from a range of species, including dogs, cats, rabbits and wildlife.

Unfortunately, some animals take longer than others to find their forever home.

Cookie has been with RSPCA DRB for the longest. He is a lovable boy and is blissfully unaware of his size! Despite his size, he is a big softie at heart and is very affectionate to his favourite humans.

Sadly, he didn’t have the best start and has spent a large portion of his life in a kennel environment, so he isn’t used to living with children or other pets. However, he does like to greet other dogs when out on walks. He would benefit from a family who is willing to help him with his training and perhaps take him to socialisation classes.

Milo is a mischievous little guy who too has been with the branch for a number of months. He has an abundance of energy and LOVES playing with his favourite ball, so he is looking for an active home with someone who would enjoy spending time in the garden with him.

Milo much prefers the company of humans as opposed to other animals, so the perfect home for him would be adult-only. He is a loving chap who will make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys quiet walks and cuddles on the couch.

There are other animals awaiting their forever homes too, including puppies, kittens, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. All the animals currently available for adoption can be found at www.rspcadoncasterrotherham.org.uk/animals-for-adoption.
