At the Handover Meeting on 29th June at the start of the new Rotary year, Peter Short was installed as the new President of Rotherham Sitwell Rotary Club by outgoing President Steve Burns.
‘Kids In’ took place at Coleridge Primary School on 29th June. The school arranged a ‘Colour Dash’ and seaside activities. The Rotary Club organised an ice cream van and a stick of rock for each child and several Rotarians joined in the activities.
The Club is also helping to build an Eco-Greenhouse at Coleridge Primary School using recycled plastic bottles. The Club is collecting these now so if you are able to help please get in touch with Rotarian Trish Lister via their Facebook page.
