The next concert of the Rotherham Choral Society will sadly be the last.
Much loved Musical Director Rachel Copley has had to retire due to health problems and membership numbers have dropped since the Covid pandemic. It has also become more difficult to recruit members to take on committee roles.
This final concert will, however, be a happy and joyful occasion and the Society would love to see you there!
On Saturday 29th April, the Society will perform Brass and Voices, in which the choir and accompanist Nigel Gyte will be joined by members of the South Yorkshire Police Band.
The venue is Herringthorpe United Reformed Church at 7.30pm and tickets for this special evening will be priced at £5.00, available from choir members or on the door.
