Winthrop are running ‘Pop Up Cafes with Christmas Craft Markets on Friday 26th November and again on Friday 10th December – from 10.00am to 12.00pm at Wickersley Community Centre on Bawtry Road, Wickersley S66 1JJ.
Councillor Sue Ellis, Chair of the Winthrop Committee, said: “Our Christmas Craft Market last year was a phenomenal success so our talented volunteers have been busy crafting to tempt our customers once again! We will have a great range of items – the Legendary ‘Christmas Spider’, Christmas Fairy Doors to welcome in all the Christmas fairies to give Santa a little help, Christmas Cookie Jars and Magic Mixing Spoons. Loads of jams, marmalades, chutneys and jellies for a tasty Christmas, as stocking fillers or to add to hampers – a whole array of fabulous items to make sure everyones’ stocking is filled!”
Winthrop Organiser, Anna Chester, added: “We’re looking forward to welcoming people to our ‘Pop Up Cafes’ and Craft Market. Hot drinks and a mince pie and the opportunity to explore our range of crafts! Let’s make sure that Christmas 2022 is a really special Christmas for everyone.”
