Braithwell resident Peter A Dunstan has been able to donate to local charities to celebrate the end of 2024.
Peter made a Christmas tree to decorate his garden using wood intended for the skip. After being asked by family and friends to make one for them too it soon became a forest of Christmas trees.
With a huge demand, he started selling them for local charities until he ran out of reclaimed wood and then moved to using old pallets.
He has been able to donate money to Friends of The Masters House, for the benefit of the inhabitants of Braithwell, and St James Church Braithwell.
