Young members of the Maltby Miners Welfare Training Band proved they were on Santa’s nice list at the Maltby Christmas lights switch-on.
Together with the Senior Band, they had a busy Christmas season and will now take a well-earned break until the New Year.
The Training Band will resume rehearsals at the Edward Dunn Memorial Hall on Saturday 11th January at 9.45am. Both young and adult beginners are warmly invited to join, with several families already enjoying playing together.
The band offers free tuition, free instruments, and plenty of friendly support, so all are encouraged to go along and see what they do.
