On 1st November Les Francophiles de Tickhill will welcome Gill and John Shephard from the Bassetlaw Twinning Association, who are going to talk about their holiday cycling the length of France. The pace will be much slower than Le Tour de France, but the talk will no doubt reveal a gentler side of the roads less travelled.
Talks are in English but there is an opportunity to speak French during the meeting, with many members being fluent in the language. Members old and new are welcome. Visitors are welcome at £5.00 a session.
