Jill Edwards will be giving a talk on the History of Mohair at Les Francophiles de Tickhill’s next meeting on Wednesday 1st March. She will focus on how the yarn is produced from Angora goats in Brittany and show some of the ways in which this luxurious but versatile fibre can be used.
Talks are in English but there is an opportunity to speak French during the meeting with many members being fluent in the language. Members old and new are welcome.
