Doncaster Spanish Society will be meeting on Friday 21st April for an illustrated talk by member Jean Clark on ‘Semana Santa en España’ (Holy Week in Spain).
The talk will be in Spanish and English and will look at the celebration and preparations for this important week in the Spanish calendar of festivals. There will also be opportunities to practise your own Spanish during the evening.
The meeting is from 7.00pm to 9.00pm at Doncaster Town Fields Sports Club, Bennetthorpe, DN2 6AA (opposite the Earl of Doncaster). Parking is available on site. Drinks can be purchased at the bar and the society will provide snacks.
Entry for non-members £4.00. The Society looks forward to seeing you there!
