Crossroads Care

Crossroads Care is Britain’s leading provider of support for carers and the people they care for. They work with over 35,000 individuals and their families, helping carers to make a life of their own outside caring. They provide the special quality of care that gives carers the peace of mind to let someone else step into their shoes. Crossroads Care Rotherham respects the individuality of carers and people with care needs and seeks to promote their choice, independence, dignity and safety.

As a small local charity that’s been supporting carers in Rotherham for over 30 years, Crossroads Care Rotherham often has to rely on the generosity of local businesses and the community to develop and deliver services and to be there for those carers in desperate need of support. You could help raise funds in a variety of ways, such as holding fundraising events, sponsoring events, donating unwanted gifts to their charity shop or simply entering their raffle. Anything you can donate can help to improve the life of unpaid carers, as well as their cared-for person.

The Corner is a café, charity shop and information hub, primarily for carers. Here, you can donate your items, take part in events, purchase high quality goods, have a lovely cup of coffee with some cake or even access our information drop-in sessions every Tuesday to receive information and support on what Crossroads Care Rotherham can offer. The Corner and the head office of Crossroads Care Rotherham each offer training rooms that local charities or businesses can book for training and as a meeting space.
