Sunday morning services continue at 10.30am at Whiston Methodist Church. In addition, from 4th May there will be an evening service on the first Sunday of each month, starting at 6.00pm.
The annual Plant Sale will be on Saturday 10th May from 10.00am to 12.00pm. There will be a variety of bedding and perennial plants, tomato plants etc, a raffle, tombola, bric-a-brac, and refreshments.
The Chapel Crafters Group meet every Tuesday from 12.00pm to 2.00pm and Community Coffee Mornings take place on Thursdays from 10.00am to 11.30am.
This month’s Vintage Messy Church will be on Thursday 22nd May after the coffee morning.
On Bank Holiday Monday, 26th May, there will be a coffee morning from 10.00am to 12.00pm, with a cake stall and raffle.
On 30th May minister, Reverend Andrew Fox, and two church members are to undertake the Three Peaks Challenge to raise fund for the Chapel’s roof appeal. Thank you to everyone who supported the Chapel Anniversary and gift weekend.
