RSPCA Doncaster, Rotherham and District Branch

by | 30 September 2023 | Local Charity, Rother

The RSPCA Doncaster, Rotherham and District Branch is a standalone branch of the RSPCA and therefore has raise around 97% of running costs themselves. This means they rely heavily on generous donations from the public, as well as their own methods of income generation (like fundraising events).

Money raised directly supports the operation of the Animal Centre and helps to care for vulnerable animals until they are ready to move on to their loving forever home.

Their Charity Ball is happening very soon! Dust off your dancing shoes and spruce up your tuxedo, ready to join in at The Best Western Mount Pleasant Hotel on Friday 6th October.

Tickets are £35.00 per person, to include a hot buffet. There will also be complimentary drinks upon entry, live performances from The Zealots, and an impressive charity auction and raffle. Doors open at 7.00pm; the bar will close at midnight.

Friday 13th October sees the return of Ida Slapter’s International Cabaret Show. This will be performed at The Holiday Inn in Warmsworth, and tickets are £10.00 per person.

Doors will open at 7.00pm with the show expected to start at 8.00pm. There is a bar at the venue and the Branch will also be selling raffle tickets. It’s set to be a night to remember with guaranteed laughter!
