The final donation of £500 worth of food to Rotherham Foodbanks marks a significant milestone, bringing the total donated over the past four years to £50,000. Rotherham Sitwell Rotary Club is grateful for the support received from Rotherham Rotary, Rotherham Round Table, and local businesses.
Special thanks are extended to Jenny Exley, Community Champion at Morrisons Parkgate, whose help was instrumental in achieving this remarkable total. As a token of appreciation, a presentation of flowers was made to Jenny at Morrisons on Wednesday 5th March.
At the club meeting on Thursday 6th March, members also celebrated reaching the £50,000 milestone with a group photo.
