The Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity is thrilled to announce that its Tiny Toes Neonatal Appeal has surpassed the £120,000 milestone, thanks to the incredible generosity and support of the local community.

With just weeks left until the end of the appeal, the charity is calling on residents to help achieve the final target of £150,000 to support the tiniest and most vulnerable patients cared for at the hospital.

The Tiny Toes Neonatal Appeal was launched to provide essential funding for Rotherham Hospital’s Neonatal Unit. These funds are crucial for enhancing facilities and ensuring that the premature and poorly babies and their families that rely on this service receive the best possible care.

“We are overwhelmed by the community’s response so far,” said Rachael Dawes, Head of Fundraising at Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity. “Every donation has made a significant difference in the lives of poorly babies and their families. We are now in the final stretch and need one last push to reach our goal.

“We are confident that with continued community involvement, we can meet and even exceed our target by the end of August.”

To help achieve the £150,000 target, Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity has organised a range of exciting events and activities including a Tiny Toes Toddle sponsored walk to encourage little ones to get outdoors, have fun and raise vital funds for premature and poorly babies in Rotherham.

Every contribution, no matter the size, brings the hospital one step closer to reaching its goal and making a lasting impact on patients of Rotherham and beyond. To donate, visit www.justgiving.com/campaign/tinytoesappeal.
