St James’ Church, Braithwell will be holding its Heritage Open Day on Saturday 9th September.
This beautiful and historic church will be open between 10.00am and 4.00pm starting with a coffee morning from 10.00am to 12.00pm and followed by informal visits until 4.00pm and guided tours by a local expert from 12.30pm.
Members of the Church and local history society will also be on hand throughout the afternoon to provide information on the remarkable history of the village and church.
