Last month, we brought you news of teenager Charlotte Oram’s project to sell the Christmas cards she had designed to raise money for The Rotherham Toy Appeal, which supports families in need to supply presents for children and young adults at Christmas time. However, the email address we were given wasn’t quite right. We hope you will get behind this fantastic cause by emailing Charlotte at http://charlottefamliesfirst@gmail.com. She has been selling her festive cards in aid of the charity appeal since 2021, raising hundreds of pounds. This year she hopes to reach £800 and sell these lovingly-made Christmas cards to local businesses.
She said: “When a company purchases a package, which will include my new 2025 cards (which are: The Grinch, fa la la llama and mistletoad), they will receive 30 cards per package and festive mince pies! Companies can give the cards to staff or whoever they choose to spread the festive cheer.
“Also, every purchase made by a business will be sponsoring a child / gift to give them the Christmas they deserve.”
Each pack will be £25.00.
