In 2026, your local hospital charity celebrate 30 years of supporting the NHS services we all rely on. Could you do something great to kick-start 2026 to help the charity continue their vital work by taking part in their Step up for 30 Challenge?
Get active and give back
Taking part is easy – just walk up and down your stairs 30 times on 30 days this February or March and raise funds to support the vital work of our NHS.
You can take on the challenge wherever works best for you – at home, at work, at the gym, or anywhere you have stairs. It’s a fun and achievable challenge for all ages, and getting sponsored makes a real difference. Every pound you raise stays in our community, helping ensure that the care you and your loved ones receive is the very best it can possibly be.
Whether you’re a stair superstar or a first-time climber, this challenge is fun, achievable and perfect for keeping active indoors, especially during the colder months.
