The Crossing Church in Worksop has launched its 20th anniversary celebrations following a successful flower festival in May.
Celebrations continue on Saturday 20th June with the return of Keith Hearnshaw for an afternoon organ recital. The church’s popular Singing with Dementia session will also return on Wednesday 24th June at 2.00pm. A wide range of regular groups and activities for all ages take place throughout the week at The Crossing, including:
Tuesdays
- 10.00am to 12.00pm – Mindfulness Group
- 10.30am to 11.30am – Seated Exercise
- 12.00pm – Light lunch for the over 60s (booking essential)
Wednesdays
- 9.30am to 11.30am – Baby and Toddlers Group
- 10.00am to 12.00pm – Café open for coffee, cake and lunches
- 10.30am to 12.00pm – Crafty Corner
Fridays
- 10.00am to 12.00pm – Coffee morning with homemade cakes
- 10.00am to 12.00pm – Art Group
- 12.00pm to 3.00pm – Friendship Café
