Whiston Parish Church Cricket Club continues its programme of regular weekend and midweek cricket throughout the season, alongside a number of special events. On Friday 5th June, the club will host a T20 match at 6.30pm in support of women’s mental health awareness. A music festival in memory of Owen Jenkinson will take place on Sunday 14th June from 1.00pm. On Sunday 28th June, the club will host a Disability Representative Cricket match between Yorkshire and Cheshire. The club’s annual Charity Day in aid of Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice will take place on Sunday 19th July.
Visitors are invited to enjoy the club’s hospitality while watching a summer of cricket.
