A fun dog show is being held to raise funds for Rossington Hall Riding for the Disabled (RDA), an independent charity based just outside Bawtry that enables children and adults with physical, sensory or learning difficulties to enjoy horse-related activities for therapy, achievement and fun. The event takes place on Sunday 31st May, with registration from 10.30am, at Rossington Hall RDA (National Horseracing College), Great North Road, Doncaster DN11 0HN.
Classes include Best Puppy (up to 12 months), Best Junior (12 months to five years), Best Veteran (five years and older), Prettiest Girl, Most Handsome Boy, Best Rescue, Best Pedigree Breed, Best Cross Breed, Waggiest Tail, Most Appealing Eyes, and Dog the Judge Would Most Like to Take Home. Rosettes will be awarded to third place, with first-placed dogs in each class going forward to Best in Show.
Entry is £3.00 per class or three classes for £8.00. There will be an indoor arena, stalls and refreshments. Stalls can be booked for a £5.00 donation per table – please email to request a space.
