Family Theatre: Last Unicorn Airways

Half Moon Presents: Last Unicorn Airways, a Blanket Fort Club production, showing at Worksop Library on Thursday 19th February. Join two playful baggage handlers as they unpack a globe-trotting adventure from a magical final flight, where every suitcase tells a story. Among them is The Flying Trunk, a spellbinding Arabian Nights-inspired tale of a daring storyteller and his enchanted flying suitcase, adapted from Hans Christian Andersen’s timeless tale. The show uses playful storytelling to remind us to see everyday life as an adventure and to cherish our world and each other – perfect for families and children, including those with complex needs and disabilities. Stick around after the show for an immersive, hands-on sensory experience!

The show will take place in the morning at 11.00am and again in the afternoon at 2.00pm (show running time is 45 minutes). It is suitable for children aged four to nine and their families. Tickets are £4.00 for library members and £7.00 for non-library members. Booking is highly advised.
