The Interregnum continues, but regular worship and events remain in place at St Alban’s Church, Wickersley throughout August. Three services are held on Sundays at 9.15am, 10.45am and 6.00pm, with a midweek service on Thursdays at 10.00am. Friday Coffee Mornings take place fortnightly over the summer, on Friday 1st and Friday 15th August, from 10.00am to 12.00pm in the Barn Church Hall. These support the ongoing fundraising initiative to install a new heating system in the church ahead of next winter. The next evening fundraising event will be held on Wednesday 3rd September at 7.00pm in the Barn, with speakers Andrew and Susie Fox. All are welcome.
