The ever-popular Lahdidahs will be back to entertain once again as Tickhill hosts its annual 1940s Day at the Scarbrough Arms on Saturday 14th June, from 12.30pm to 4.00pm.
A nostalgic afternoon is in store, featuring live performances, military vehicles, weapons displays and the Home Guard – who have all been invited to bring the wartime spirit to life. The event will also include a special appearance by ‘Mr Churchill’!
Everyone is encouraged to dress in 1940s attire to help create an authentic atmosphere and celebrate the era in style. With music, history, and community at its heart, this promises to be a memorable day for all ages.
